Finite Element Analysis for the design validation and optimisation:
The Structural Analysis Team at Powermetric have expertise in Static Analysis, Thermal Analysis, Dynamic Analysis, Transient steady state, Fracture and crack, Non-linear Analysis including load and boundary condition and material non-linearity. The Analysis Team has extensive knowledge and experience in using different types of elements required for the analysis and modelling different load simulations acting during practical conditions. Linear-dependency is used for Intricate analysis where the d.o.f is linked to near by nodes in the model. The accuracy of analysis is very close to reality and comparable with any experimentation because of modelling accuracy, model verification techniques and right interpretation of results during the analysis. Such detailed studies have resulted in better, optimal, reliable and economical solutions in the new developments.
